This conference has a $725 registration fee through October 27, 2017, and $750 after October 27, 2017. The student fee is $300, and the daily rate is $200. Once you have registered, you will receive an email confirmation notice from NAFA. Be sure to retain your confirmation number to make updates to your registration information, reprint your receipt, and receive access to the electronic syllabus.

Please note that the room block at the Disney Yacht and Beach Club is nearing capacity at more than 90% booked. Make your reservations soon! All reservations are subject to availability.
Reserve your room by contacting the Disney Reservations at (407) 934-3372 for availability; be sure to state you are a Nurse Anesthesiology Faculty Associates attendee to get the NAFA special group rate of $207 plus applicable tax for a single/double room. Space is limited, so book your room now!!
NAFA contracted room block rates are reserved for NAFA meeting registrants. Hotel guests NOT registered for the NAFA meeting who are booked in the NAFA room block at the NAFA room rate, will be removed from the contracted block rate and charged regularly-priced hotel room rates.
- Theme park tickets
Attendees and family members will be eligible to purchase theme park tickets at a discounted rate.
- Disney Magical Express
NAFA attendees can take advantage of complimentary service to and from the airport aboard Disney's Magical Express. Visit this site for more information.
Registration Cancellation Policy
If you are not able to attend this event, you may choose one of the following options:
1. Have full amount of funds applied toward a NAFA conference registration fee held within the next 12 months of cancellation.
2. Have a refund issued less a $25.00 cancellation fee for administrative costs incurred.
