A two-stage registration process for the annual NAFA Anesthesia Meeting at Walt Disney World is required:

1. Online meeting registration
   This conference, awarding 23 continuing education credits, has a $565 registration fee through November 1, 2012, and $590 after November 1, 2012. The student fee is $275. Once your registration is received, you will receive a confirmation notice from NAFA.
2. Hotel registration
   The meeting is being held at Disney’s Yacht and Beach Club Convention Center. A block of rooms has been reserved at the Disney’s Yacht and Beach Club for Tuesday, November 20 to Tuesday, December 4, 2012. Reserve your room on-line or contact the Yacht and Beach Club at (407) 934-3372
   directly; be sure to state you are a Nurse Anesthesiology Faculty Associates attendee to get the NAFA special group rate. Please book prior to October 24, 2012. NAFA rates are $175 for a single/double room. The hotel can sell out quickly, so book your room early!
3. Theme park tickets
   Attendees and family members will be eligible to purchase theme park tickets at a discounted rate. Visit this site for more details.
