1. Online meeting registration
   Main conference, awarding 23 continuing education credits, has a $535 registration fee through Oct. 5, 2011, and $560 after Oct. 5, 2011. The student fee is $250. Once your registration is received, you will receive a confirmation notice from NAFA.
   
   Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)
   Full Certification course, awarding 3 continuing education credits.
   Saturday, October 29th 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM and Sunday, October 30th, 7:30 AM – 5:30 PM. Registration fee: $250 through Oct. 5, 2011; $275 after Oct. 5, 2011 (Discount if registering for both PALS and main conference).
   Recertification course, awarding 3 continuing education credits.
   Sunday, October 30th 7:30 AM – 5:30 PM. Registration fee: $225 through Oct. 5, 2011; $250 after Oct. 5, 2011 (Discount if registering for both PALS and main conference).
   
2. Hotel registration
   A block of rooms has been reserved at the Williamsburg Lodge for Saturday, October 29 to Wednesday November 2, 2011. Contact the Williamsburg Lodge at (800) 261-9530 to book your hotel; be sure to state you are a Nurse Anesthesiology Faculty Associates attendee to get the NAFA special group rate. Please book prior to September 30, 2011. NAFA rates are $159 for a single/double room.
