1. Online meeting registration
   Main conference, awarding 23 continuing education credits, has a $575 registration fee through Oct. 5, 2013, and $590 after Oct. 5, 2013. The student fee is $275. Once your registration is received, you will receive a confirmation notice from NAFA.
   
   
2. Hotel registration - Now open!!
   A block of rooms has been reserved at the Williamsburg Lodge for Saturday, November 2, 2013 to Thursday November 7, 2013. Contact the Williamsburg Lodge at (800) 261-9530 to book your hotel; be sure to state you are a Nurse Anesthesiology Faculty Associates attendee and use booking ID 17364 to get the NAFA special group rate. Please book prior to October 5, 2013. NAFA rates are $165 for a single/double room.
