1. Online meeting registration
   This conference, awarding 24 continuing education credits, has a $525 registration fee through Oct. 5, 2010, and $545 after Oct. 5, 2010. The student fee is $250. Once your registration is received, you will receive a confirmation notice from NAFA.
   
   The ACLS pre-conference workshop, awarding 12 continuing education credits, has a $325 registration fee through Oct. 5, 2010, and $350 after Oct. 5, 2010. The registration fee is $300 for attendees who also register for the full conference scheduled November 2–5, 2010.
2. Hotel registration
   A block of rooms has been reserved at the Williamsburg Lodge for Saturday, Oct. 30 to Wednesday, Nov. 3, 2010. Contact the Williamsburg Lodge at (800) 261-9530 to book your hotel; be sure to state you are a Nurse Anesthesiology Faculty Associates attendee to get the NAFA special group rate. Please book prior to Oct. 1, 2010. NAFA rates are $159 for a single/double room.
