1. Online meeting registration
   This seminar, has a $560 registration fee through May 1, 2012, and $585 after May 1, 2012. The student fee is $275. Once your registration is received, you will receive a confirmation notice from NAFA.
2. Hotel registration
   A block of rooms has been reserved at the Hilton Head Marriott Resort & Spa Tuesday 5/22 thru Wednesday 6/6 and most with ocean views! NAFA rates are $187.00 single/double (Tuesday 5/22 - Wednesday 6/6). Go to ocean-front or ocean-view to reserve your room on-line. To reserve your room over the phone, contact Marriott at (888) 511- 5086. Be sure to state you are a Nurse Anesthesiology Faculty Associates attendee to get the NAFA special group rate. Please book prior to April 25, 2012. (The Hotel can sell out for the weekend before the Memorial Day holiday preceding the meeting so book early if you plan to arrive before the Wednesday meeting start date. There is availability during the meeting and the weekend following the meeting).
