NAFA – Nurse Anesthesiology Faculty Associates

Why NAFA?

For more than 32 years, Nurse Anesthesiology Faculty Associates has been a recognized leader in offering both land- and sea-based CRNA seminars and continuing education opportunities delivering the highest Quality, Value and Service available to anesthesia providers.

Michael D. Fallacaro

NAFA’s experienced faculty present cutting-edge topics and issues that emphasize current clinical practices and enhance the quality of care for anesthesia patients. Our exciting travel destinations mean you’ll earn continuing education credits that meet recertification requirements while soaking up the Caribbean sun, exploring the living history of Williamsburg or hitting the slopes of Snowshoe Mountain. And with a portion of profits from our training sessions going toward student scholarships, you’ll also support the next generation of nurse anesthetists.

As we greet 2010, NAFA will be adopting a new look. We are proud to reveal our new logo, calendar [PDF] and Web site featuring updated information on all of our offerings as well as our social network outreach forums on Facebook and LinkedIn. Our philosophy regarding continuing education offerings remains the same. NAFA is dedicated to formalized continuing education for the CRNA anesthesia providers. When choosing between continuing education options, we hope you will consider comparing the Quality of the event, including the number and credentials of faculty and the features of our fine venues; the Value for your dollar in number of and cost per credits provided; and the responsive and timely Service our faculty and staff provide to you as a customer and to our specialty in that your support of NAFA events is used in part to fund student fellowships for the next generation of anesthesia providers.

Our new Web site and calendar mailing make it easy for you to stay up to date on NAFA’s education and travel opportunities, including registration details and program topics. Check back often for the latest schedule of CRNA conferences, meetings and seminars and be sure to register early.

I have attended the Hilton Head Island conference for seven years and have never come away disappointed. The setting not only provided an environment for my family to enjoy together, but also to keep up to date with the latest news in anesthesia care. Not only does NAFA provide interesting topics of discussion at each conference, but the speakers are always informative, knowledgeable and entertaining in their presentations.”
